cloud questions for interview

Q1: What is a Cloud Technology?

Ans: A cloud mixes services, networks, hardware, storage, and interfaces that support computers as a service. It has three users in general. They are the end-user, the company manager, and the provider of cloud services. The end-user is the one using the cloud services. The cloud user of the corporate management assumes responsibility for the data and services offered by the cloud. The cloud service provider is responsible for or accountable for maintaining the IT assets of the cloud. The cloud serves as a single hub for its customers to meet their computer requirements.

Q2: What do you mean by cloud delivery models?

Ans: Cloud delivery models are computer environments models. They are the following:

  • Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS): Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) is the provision on an on-demand basis of services, including the operating system, storage, networking, and numerous utility software aspects.
  • Platform as a Service (PaaS): Platform as a service (PaaS) is an abstracted collection of middleware services, software design, and deployment tools that combine infrastructure-like services. This allows the company to build and implement apps in a cloud or on-site environment consistently.
  • Software as a Service (SaaS): Software as a Service (SaaS) is a multi-tenant enterprise application created by a provider.
  • Function as a Service (FaaS): Function as a service (FaaS) provides clients with a platform for building, managing, and running app functions without the need for infrastructural maintenance. Thus a "serverless" architecture may be achieved.

Q3: What is the difference between scalability and elasticity?

Ans: Scalability is a feature of cloud computing, which manages the growing demand by expanding resource capacity. The design offers resources on demand by using scalability when the traffic demand is increased. In contrast, elasticity is a feature that offers a dynamically high resource capacity notion of commissioning and decommissioning. It is assessed by the speed at which resources are requested and resource use.

Q4: What is "EUCALYPTUS" in cloud computing? Why is it used?

Ans: It is an abbreviation for the computer architecture for sound systems for the connection of your program. The Cloud Cluster Cluster is an open-source software infrastructure in cloud computing. It builds private, public, and hybrid clouds. It allows users to set up their data center and utilize its features for many other companies in a private cloud.

Q5: What do you mean by VPN? What does it contain?

Ans: The virtual private network, known as  VPN, is a private cloud that manages data security during cloud connection. The public network can be created as a personal network using VPN.
