As early as 1993, Mosaic, the first widely used web browser, came to be. Marc Andreessen founded Netscape in the year 1994. After realizing the web's static, he decided it needed to be made dynamic. HTML was thought to include a 'glue language' to make web design easier for designers and part-time programmers. Brendan Eich was hired by the business in 1995 to integrate the Scheme programming language into the browser. The company merged with Sun Microsystems to add Java to its Navigator to compete with Microsoft in online technologies and platforms before Brendan could get started.
Java and the scripting language were now available. Further, Netscape chose to call it after Java's scripting language. Javascript was born out of this. Marc Andreessen created Javascript's first code, Mocha, in May 1995, and it was then renamed LiveScript by the marketing team. JavaScript was finally renamed JavaScript in December 1995 for trademark and other reasons. A few years later, JavaScript was created.
